Kudos, KT!

Congratulations to Khaleej Times artists PR Rajendran and AU Santhosh Kumar for getting recognised at the World Press Cartoon contest. The fact that their works are being exhibited at Caldas da Rainha, Portugal, is in itself an honour. The glory comes at the “event of humor” as reported. But I would like to call it “event of reflection”. Iranian artist Alireza Pakdel needs to be applauded for winning the Grand Prix Award. But the KT artists have made the UAE’s newspaper publishing sector proud. It is great that the artists have won the awards earlier, too.
