Postnatal support to programmes

Realising the gap in the region for postnatal support for mums, the dream of a one-stop prenatal/postnatal support centre started coming to life, according to Lily Kandalaft who established Malaak Mama & Baby Care, the UAE’s first maternity nursing agency Malaak Mama & Baby Care.

At the centre, parents are offered different programmes depending on the number of hours and days per week families require a maternity nurse. Families can opt for a seven-day 24-hour programme or have specialised packages for sleep guidance and breastfeeding support.
