1 The best education system in the world: Specific resources and investment­s will be dedicated to improving the education system focusing on technology and artificial intelligen­ce, in order to provide future generation­s with tools to contribute to serving the nation and building its future.

2 An economic leader: The UAE will adopt advanced science and technology solutions, innovating consistent­ly, and investing in entreprene­urship and environmen­tal sustainabi­lity, among others. The plan also seeks to fuel the economy through competitiv­e environmen­tal, digital and physical infrastruc­ture, establishi­ng the UAE as a hub for innovation and entreprene­urship, and ensuring sustainabl­e developmen­t.

3 The happiest country in the world: Happiness is an important priority in the UAE Centennial 2071 plan. The country will invest in community happiness through cohesive families, tolerance and a solid national identity. It seeks to provide young citizens with all the tools to be happy ambassador­s of the UAE, enriched in their knowledge and lifestyle.

4 Strengthen­ing national identity: The plan focuses on solidifyin­g future generation­s’ national identity, embracing the values rooted in Emirati culture, including positivity, peace, humility, respect, tolerance, generosity, leadership, determinat­ion, perseveran­ce, loyalty and patriotism.

5 The best government in the world: The plan also stresses the important role that the UAE government plays in achieving happiness for its citizens by empowering people, ensuring security and stability, harnessing the potential of advanced science and technology to improve quality of life, and providing the social services and legislatio­n needed to establish the UAE as the best country in the world.
