1994:
Shane Warne and Mark Waugh were fined for providing pitch and weather information to bookies on the tour of SL.
2 April 7, 2000:
Delhi police charge Hansie Cronje with fixing South Africa’s ODIs against India for money.
April 11, 2000:
Hansie said in 1996, Indian captain Azharuddin introduced him to a bookie who offered money to throw away a match.
4 April 20, 2000:
South Afri can umpires Cyril Mitchley and Rudi Koertzen disclose that they were offered money to influence results of matches.
May 24, 2000:
Former Pakistan captain Saleem Malik and mediumpacer Ata-ur-Rehman found guilty of fixing matches and banned.
5 6 Aug 28, 2000:
Gibbs and Williams were banned from international cricket until December 31, 2000, for their role in the matchfixing scandal.
Nov. 27, 2000:
Azharuddin is found guilty of match-fixing, while Jadeja and Prabhaka are found guilty of having links with bookies.

Kenya’s former captain, Maurice Odumbe, is banned for five years for receiving money from bookmakers
May 13, 2008:
Marlon Samuels is banned for two years for allegedly passing on match-related information to an Indian bookie.

Pakistani players Salman Butt, Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Asif were banned by the international governing body of cricket for five years.
May 2012:
Five Indian players were banned in the wake of a tTV sting operation which claimed to have exposed corruption in IPL.

: S. Sreeshant and two fellow Rajasthan Royal IPL players are arrested by Delhi Police on spot fixing charges.
2015:
IPL franchises Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals were suspended from the IPL after being found guilty in illegal betting and match fixing.

South Africa banned Gulam Bodi, Thami Tsolekile, Pumelela Matshikwe, Ethy Mbhalati, Alviro Petersen and Jean Symes for fixing.
In Feb 2017:
Fixing scandal shook the PSL when Sharjeel Khan and Khalid Latif were suspended by the PCB on suspicion of match-fixing.
