Community launched in Motor City
dubai — Union Properties has announced the launch of ‘Zawaya’, a new mixed-use development in Motor City, and the commencement of excavation work.
With the launch of Zawaya, Union Properties is initiating the first phase of its new masterplan for Motor City, currently estimated to have a completion cost of over Dh8 billion. China State Construction Engineering Corporation is responsible for the excavation work.
Zawaya will consist of 400 residences, including studios, deluxe studios as well as one and twobedroom apartments. The 148,000-square foot development will also include retail and leisure facilities.
Ahmed Yousef Khoury, Group CEO of Union Properties, said: “Union Properties is one of the first real estate developers to design and create integrated residential communities in Dubai like Motor City.”
Villas handed over
Dubai Properties has announced the completion of Mudon’s Arabella townhouses in Dubailand. The developer is welcoming residents with a unique initiative — the Handover Gallery that offers a range of services under one roof to facilitate the move-in process.
Raed Al Nuaimi, Group CEO of Dubai Properties, said: “Services at the Handover Gallery includes du and Dewa onsite registration and deals from mortgage and home insurance firms. It offers owners preferential rates with movers, home appliance vendors and landscaping companies.”
