VP orders allocation of 10,000 plots to citizens
Dubai — His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-president And Prime Minister Of The Uae And Ruler Of Dubai, Has Ordered The Allocation Of Three New Residential Areas For Citizens In Dubai. In All, Over 10,000 Plots Will Be Distributed, Sheikh Mohammed Tweeted On Monday.
He Has Directed The Housing Authorities Concerned And The Dubai Municipality To Start The Distribution And Development Process “to Ensure A Comfortable Life For Citizens”.
Dawood Al Hajri, Directorgeneral Of The Dubai Municipality, Said The Civic Body Would Immediately Take Measures To Implement The Order Issued By Sheikh Mohammed. He Noted That The Municipality Will Begin The Distribution Process Of The Land Plots To Citizens Approved By The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
Al Hajri Pointed Out That The First Area Is Located In Al Ruwiya Along The Emirates Road And Has 8,428 Residential Plots, The Second Is In Wadi Al Shabak And Has 1,315 Residential Plots And The Third Area In Mushrif Has 349 Plots. All The Plots Are Of 1,115sqm Each.
Al Hajri Said The Municipality Would Offer All Civic Services To The Residents Of The Areas As Soon As The Plots Are Distributed. “a Full Range Of Service Facilities Such As Mosques, Schools And Parks Would Be Established In Addition To Commercial Outlets.”
Sheikh Mohammed Said Citizens’ Comfort, Happiness And Family Stability Are Among The Top Priorities Of The Government. “we Spare No Effort In Providing The Best Life For The Citizens Of The Country.
