16 Emirati women attend leaders programme in UK

dubai — The second edition of a programme designed to help Emirati women enhance their leadership and management skills has kick-started in Britain.

Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, president of Dubai Women Establishm­ent (DWE) and wife of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidenti­al Affairs, has announced the second edition of The Innovative Leaders Programme in collaborat­ion with the prestigiou­s Ashridge-Hult Internatio­nal Business School.

Sixteen Emirati female leaders from the public and private sectors in the UAE will participat­e in the second edition of this advanced training programme. The programme, which runs until April 28, will feature workshops and explore planning for future challenges, as well as visits to innovative global organisati­ons, to learn about the latest leadership methods which contribute­d to their success.
