Nigeria lose final warm up match

Nigeria will go into the World Cup on a five-match winless streak after losing its final warmup game to Czech Republic 1-0 on Wednesday.

Czech defender Tomas Kalas scored after 25 minutes, handing Nigeria another defeat four days after its 2-1 loss to England in London. Coach Gernot Rohr’s team has lost four out of five games since beating Poland 1-0 in March. Czech Republic failed to qualify for the World Cup.
