New dam to cost Rs30 billion

Work on the construction of Kurram-Tangi dam in North Waziristan district is in full swing.

In an interview with Radio Pakistan in Peshawar, director of the dam Masood Ali said the project will be completed at a cost of about Rs30 billion The dam will generate 83.4 megawatt of electricity.
