Reem Investments registered as PJSC

The Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has agreed to register ‘Reem Investments’ as a company engaged in the real estate business under local private joint stock companies (PJSC), and to have it subsequently listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s Secondary Market. This brings the number of PJSCs registered with SCA to eight.
