Dubai Mammoths thrash Red Knights

DUBAI — Dubai Mammoths steamrolled past Red Knights by 72 runs in the first match of the double round-robin DCC 4th Silver Challenge being played at the Sevens ground in Dubai.

Dubai Mammoths were reeling at 46 for 4 when Prajakat Chohan (89), Shiva Pagarani (37) and Lucky Abbas helped reached 218 for 8. Red Knights were always playing catch-up although Vijendra Rana (40 not out), Darshan Guru (37) and Karan Tekwani (23) managed decent contributions.

Shiva Pagarani took three wickets but Prajakat was adjudged the man of the match for rescuing the team from a precarious position.
