Motorway closed over fog problem

The Lahore-Rawalpindi Motorway was closed on Saturday morning after fog engulfed Lahore, Gujranwala, Shikarpur, Hafizabad, Kasur and adjoining areas. The Motorway Police said the Lahore-Rawalpindi route has been closed, while the motorway from Faisalabad to Gojra has also been shut. Motorists have been advised to use G.T. Road for travel from Lahore to Islamabad. —
