Pupils’ thoughts on school reopening

-

It has been a long winter break and I’m excited about meeting my friends again and sharing all the fun stuff I did during the holidays. I’m also looking forward to hearing their stories. It’s always a great feeling to start a new term. I’m all fresh and raring to go. New learning, new challenges, here I come.

It’s so good to get back to school after the holidays. My school is like a second home to me — the familiarity of the place along with the people is soothing and heart-warming. I can’t wait to learn and explore more. I’m also particularly looking forward to all the new experiments I’ll get to do in the science laboratory.

I didn’t want to go back to school because of the weather. It is so chilly in the morning when I have to wake up so early. It was really sad when the holidays came to an end and I just felt too lazy to go back to class again, but it’s good to see my friends. And thankfully, I don’t have to get up so early, unlike some kids who have to be up by 5am.
