Rs4B al­lo­cated to boost tourism

The Khy­ber Pakhtunkhwa pro­vin­cial gov­ern­ment has al­lo­cated Rs4 bil­lion for pro­mo­tion of tourism in the prov­ince. The funds will be utilised for de­vel­op­ment of in­fra­struc­ture at ex­ist­ing tourist spots and iden­ti­fi­ca­tion of 20 new places. Sim­i­larly, a sep­a­rate po­lice force will be es­tab­lished to pre­serve Bud­dhist sites in the prov­ince, Ra­dio Pak­istan re­ported. —
