dubai — The Dubai Land Department (DLD) welcomed a US real estate delegation comprising several governmental and private institutions in response to an invitation sent to brokers, developers, licensed real estate agents, and a large number of investors to visit Dubai.

The visiting delegation included more than 150 real estate agents and 11 investors who will review the investment opportunities offered by Dubai and its exceptional investment climate.

“Our choice for inviting this group came in light of the importance of the US market and its increasing number of expected investors made all the more evident during our visit to a number of states before the end of 2018. We are certain that our delegations will leave with a very positive impression, especially as we will provide them with integrated information in a direct and transparent manner,” Sultan Butti bin Mejren, director-general of the DLD, said.

Majida Ali Rashid, chief executive officer of the Real Estate Promotion and Investment Management Sector at the DLD, expressed the hope that this visit will open the door for promising partnerships between the two sides.

“Over the years, Dubai strengthened its position as one of the best cities in the world with significant advances in the real estate sector. Dubai has shown incredible potential in the field, and we wish to share that with the visiting delegation”
