dubai — Visitors and residents in the UAE can now add another ‘only in Dubai’ experience to their list — enjoying panoramic views from the highest lounge in the world at The Burj Khalifa.
Located on floors 152, 153 and 154 of the world’s most recognisable — and tallest — building, The Lounge at Burj Khalifa features an outdoor terrace overlooking the Dubai skyline and will offer three separate visitor experiences.
This is the first time that these floors have been opened up to the general public and from today, bookings are open for visitors to indulge in high tea, sundowners or a cocktail evening. Towering at a height of 575 metres, The Lounge, Burj Khalifa, will be spread across three floors and those looking to book the high tea experience, which runs daily from 12.30pm to 4pm, can do so for Dh550 per person. The experience will include a spread of fresh bakes, desserts, the finest teas and a glass of house beverage.
For those raring to enjoy the view of the sunset from the highest lounge on earth, visitors can pay Dh600 per person, inclusive of unlimited gourmet canapes and one house beverage. And for the evening cocktails, the same price and experience will apply.
“Here we are at the highest outdoor balcony in the world. We wanted to bring in something new for our visitors — but beyond being new, it’s also something that is again noted as ‘the highest’. Now,
Now, visitors will not only be coming to the tallest tower, they’ll be coming to the highest lounge in the world, too.”
