In sEvErAl EArlIEr IntErvIEws wItH Khaleej Times, offiCIAls oF tHE Non REsIDEnt KErAlItEs AFFAIrs (NorkA) HAD promIsED tHE lAunCH oF tHE sCHEmE DurInG tHE CoursE oF tHE LKS. HowEvEr, offiCIAls sAID tHE proGrAmmE Is In An “ADvAnCED stAGE AnD wIll BE lAunCHED soon”.
