AG Cars wins RTA award

-

DUBAI — Mattar Al Tayer, director-general and chairman of the board of executive directors of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), honoured winners of the 2019 Testahel Awards at the RTA auditorium in Dubai.

The event was held during Happiness Week, celebrated by RTA for the seventh year. Attendees of the event included senior directors and officials from the RTA, along with representatives of winning companies.

“The RTA has set the goal of ‘People Happiness’ within its strategic objectives in line with the National Agenda for Happiness and Dubai Plan 2021. The RTA was the first Dubai government entity to launch the Happiness Strategy and endorse the charter to underscore the RTA’s commitment to bringing happiness to people,” said Al Tayer.

The Testahel awards are presented to companies that have shown a commitment to that charter and demonstrate their commitment to providing outstanding service to their customers. AG Cars Vehicle Testing Centre won the award for the ‘Best Supplier of Vehicle Testing and Licensing Service’. Winners under this category are assessed by the RTA across a number of key performance measures that directly impact the customer experience. These include the time a customer has to wait, the time taken to complete the test on their vehicle and the overall time taken to deliver the service professionally.

The Testahel award, which means ‘The Deserving’, was received by AG Auto CEO Declan McCluskey and senior manager N. Prem Anand Kumar of AG Cars Vehicle Testing Centre. This is the second year in succession that AG Cars have won the award in this category. AG Cars is a pioneer in multi-franchise auto repair and services. Conveniently located across the UAE with operations in Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
