Burj Khalifa dazzles with 180K light donations
dubai — Just 24 hours since it turned into the world’s tallest donation box on Saturday, Dubai’s Burj Khalifa shone bright with 180,000 lights as contributions came pouring in.
Individuals and entities came together and heeded the call to spread glimmers of hope, one pixel at a time, to families hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Atlantis Resorts also lit up 20,000 pixels on the skyscraper, as it shared 20,000 meals.
