Virtual gallery in Capital to spice up global art scene
abu dhabi — A new portal presenting a virtual gallery of artists, art blogs and events has been launched by the Abu Dhabi Arts Society.
The platform aims to promote art values among all segments of the society and to meet art connoisseurs across the world.
“We have launched this portal to provide support for talented artists all over the world. We are committed to promoting excellence and innovation through this portal that will make a quantum leap in terms of enhancing art, culture and heritage in the global cultural scene,” said Dr Hamed bin Mohamed Khalifa Al Suwaidi, founder and chairman
of the board of trustees of the society.
“We aim to develop creative and innovative projects and initiatives locally, regionally and globally,” he added.
The portal will also create an innovative environment for ideas to turn them into distinctive and artistic works and projects.
