Rulers offer condolences to Mohamed
Vice-president leads other Rulers, crown princes, deputy rulers and officials in paying condolences on death of Sheikh Khalifa
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received condolences on the passing of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan from the Rulers of the UAE, officials and dignitaries at Al Mushrif Palace in Abu Dhabi on Saturday afternoon.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vicepresident and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, offered his condolences.
He was joined by the other UAE Rulers — His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah; His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman; His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah; His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu’alla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain; and His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
The UAE’S Crown Princes, ministers, senior civil and military officials and diplomats were also in attendance.

The meeting followed the funeral prayers that Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed led alongside members of Al Nahyan family in Abu Dhabi on Friday evening, before the
body of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan was laid to rest in Al Bateen cemetery.
On Friday evening, the Supreme Council members and Rulers of the UAE performed absentee funeral prayers at their respective emirates for late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with Crown Princes, deputy rulers, high-ranking officials and dignitaries.
Tributes have been pouring in from Arab and world leaders, acknowledging the late leader’s rich legacy of serving his nation and humanity as a whole.
