Indian expat hits DH20M jackpot in Big Ticket draw
For Pradeep K P, October 3 will be remain a memorable day, forever etched in gold letters in his memory — it is the day the Indian expat from Dubai won a whopping Dh20 million in Abu Dhabi's Big Ticket raffle draw.
At the draw conducted in Abu Dhabi yesterday, the number that came up was 064141, Pradeep's winning ticket, which he purchased on September 13.
The Indian expat based in Dubai won the grand prize of the
Mighty 20 Million Series 244 of the Big Ticket pocketed the biggest cheque of his life.
Yesterday evening, when the draw hosts contacted him to inform him about his big win, the new multi-millionaire said he was on night duty.
“Yes. I am on duty… night duty,” Pradeep said, the disbelief palpable in his voice as the news was yet to sink in.
Meanwhile, another Indian expat from Dubai won the Dh1 million second prize with ticket number 252203 bought on September 30.
