DUBAI CREEK HAR BOUR KICKS OFF CRUISE SEASON
FIRST LNG-POWERED SHIP DOCKS AT EMIRATE’S LATEST TERMINAL
Dubai Harbour has welcomed its first cruise ship – the Aidacosma, officially starting its 2022-23 cruise season. Setting sail from Germany on its maiden voyage, Aidacosma is a first-of-its-kind liquid natural gas (LNG) powered ship with a capacity of over 5,500 passengers. The infrastructure at the Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal comprises two terminal buildings that are designed to process over 3,250 passengers per hour. The terminals can accommodate a complete passenger turnaround of two mega cruise ships simultaneously.
