Police returns Rs1.5m to Kenyan woman who forgot bag in taxi Lost and found

The Mumbai Police on Tuesday returned a bag containing Rs1.5 million in cash to a Kenyan woman who forgot it in a taxi. According to Mumbai Police, the Kenyan national lodged a complaint at Colaba police station on November 21 stating she had forgotten the bag with Rs 1.5 million in cash in a taxi.the Colaba Police started searching for the taxi after scanning the CCTV footage. They traced the taxi driver from Kalbadevi area and seized the bag from him and handed it to the Kenyan woman. — ani
