RMJM Dubai ap­points new chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer

RMJM Dubai has ap­pointed the award­win­ning ar­chi­tect David Man­fredi as its new chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer (CEO), tak­ing over from pre­vi­ous CEO Ray­mond Park.

RMJM Dubai has been op­er­at­ing in Dubai and the MENA re­gion since its es­tab­lish­ment in 1971 and has pro­vided full ar­chi­tec­tural and engi­neer­ing ser­vices for many land­mark build­ings. Its cur­rent projects in­clude Gate Av­enue in DIFC, the out­door en­ter­tain­ment venue for RAK Prop­er­ties on Hayat Is­land, ho­tels for the Hil­ton and Hol­i­day Inn, and San­ti­ago Cala­trava’s ob­ser­va­tion tower at Dubai Creek Har­bour.

Man­fredi has more than 20 years of ex­pe­ri­ence in de­liv­er­ing pro­fes­sional de­sign con­sul­tancy ser­vices in the Mid­dle East, Aus­tralia and Asia. Op­er­at­ing in a se­nior lead­er­ship ca­pac­ity for well over a decade, he has worked on projects in the United Arab Emi­rates, across the GCC, Le­banon, In­dia, Pak­istan, China and Aus­tralia.
