Enterprise-grade UC&C tools now available for mid-market
Yeastar brings enterprise-grade UC&C solutions to the midmarket
While enterprises have shown great appetite for unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) solutions, wider adoption by SMBS is still hampered by high costs and complexity.
UC&C vendor Yeastar wants to bridge this gap between the need for high-quality communication tools and SMBS.
The Yeastar S- Series VOIP PBX brings various features SMBS look in a communications system, converged in a single system, says Alan Shen, Yeastar CEO.
These include ease of use and management, built-in telephony features, robust UC&C capacity, future-proof field-upgradable design, and free lifetime software updates.
“The coordinated Linkus softphone delivers greater mobility to SMBS and allows them to embrace enterprise-grade communication tools anywhere, like conferencing, instant messaging and presence, with minimum investment and without relying on third-party tools that might incur exorbitant license fees.
“Additionally, the miscellaneous supported integration solutions like call centre, CRM, Hotel PMS, provide SMBS with tools needed to deal with business core tasks and streamline business workflow in a cost-effective way. For businesses that prefer cloud-based solutions, Yeastar also offers Cloud PBX system to provide low initial costs and a full range of unified communication features without extra license fees,” Shen adds.
Mobility is also a growing trend in many organisations’ communications strategy, their size notwithstanding, driven by an increasingly mobile workforce.
To cater for this increasing number of on-the-go workers, Yeastar has rolled out the Linkus unified communications app, a desktop/mobile softphone designed to be used in conjunction with Yeastar S- Series VOIP PBX (on-premises) and Cloud PBX.
Available using Windows desktops, Mac desktops, iphone and Android phones, Yeastar Linkus integrates telephony with UC&C features such as presence, unified messaging, and file sharing, and allows users to shorten communication run-around times with a complete range of office extension features readily accessible on their own devices.
“Yeastar Linkus also supports CRM integration on Windows desktop clients. Mainstream CRM platforms like Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Contact and Outlook Contact are currently supported, and more integration possibilities are expected to come in the near future,” says Shen.
It is not a one-size-fits-all for most organisations, with hybrid on-premise/cloud the preferred UC&C deployment model.
Yeastar provides hybrid UC solution with Yeastar Linkus unified communications app that integrates with Yeastar S- Series VOIP PBX (on-premises). The solution provides IP telephony, messaging, presence and file sharing technologies, and allows users to maximise their investment in on-premises equipment with added real-time cloud-based UC&C features in one single platform, says Shen.
We are enabling SMBS to embrace enterprise- grade communication tools anywhere, says Shen.
