CONVERTING MAKE-UP

Winter and sore throat is a deadly combination. I had recently fallen ill with cold and sore throat and I followed the tips in the Health article to a tee. I came out the other side a winner. Another tip that works for me is swallowing a teaspoon of honey sprinkled with black pepper. It immediately soothes the throat and gives relief from cough. Rajab al Salahuddin Fujairah
