At _FBC DXB_ (Fitness Bootcamp Dubai) we use a lot of tools and kits, and our workout includes both indoors & outdoors sessions. In the indoor we mostly use weights, bars, kittle bells, TRX, steps, spinning cycles, dumbbells, monkey bars, and medicine balls also known as a weight ball. As for the outdoor we are more reliant on body weight movements and resistance training, as well as a couple of moves to spice up our routines and make them more entertaining.
We at _FBC DXB_ start with a ten minute interview with each new participant presented by one of our elite coaches about the applicant’s health condition and sport background, followed by a discussion about their main goal and inally setting a constructive plan so that each participant can achieve that goal one step at a time through guidance and a healthy nutrition tip provided by our trainers.
