WHAT MAKES A BOOT CAMP MORE EF­FEC­TIVE IN YOUR OPIN­ION THAN OTHER MEDI­UMS OF EX­ER­CISE?

Boot­camp is a mil­i­tary type of ex­er­cise used to build strength and en­durance. The work­out con­sists of de­signed pro­grams and is pop­u­lar be­cause it helps you in work­ing out ev­ery mus­cle in your body; ex­er­cises can also be done any­where and at any place with­out the need of too many equip­ment. It is cat­e­go­rized as the best group ex­er­cise, pri­mar­ily be­cause it is made up of sim­ple body­weight move­ments and is not only bene­i­cial for los­ing weight and build­ing strength but also for train­ing peo­ple to get through their day to day ac­tiv­i­ties more ef­fec­tively.

WHAT IS IN­VOLVED IN YOUR BOOT CAMP? HOW DOES IT WORK?

At _FBC DXB_ (Fit­ness Boot­camp Dubai) we use a lot of tools and kits, and our work­out in­cludes both in­doors & out­doors ses­sions. In the in­door we mostly use weights, bars, kit­tle bells, TRX, steps, spin­ning cy­cles, dumb­bells, mon­key bars, and medicine balls also known as a weight ball. As for the out­door we are more re­liant on body weight move­ments and re­sis­tance train­ing, as well as a cou­ple of moves to spice up our rou­tines and make them more en­ter­tain­ing.

We at _FBC DXB_ start with a ten minute in­ter­view with each new par­tic­i­pant pre­sented by one of our elite coaches about the ap­pli­cant’s health con­di­tion and sport back­ground, fol­lowed by a dis­cus­sion about their main goal and in­ally set­ting a con­struc­tive plan so that each par­tic­i­pant can achieve that goal one step at a time through guid­ance and a healthy nu­tri­tion tip pro­vided by our train­ers.
