IN-HOME FITNESS WITH MIRROR

The Mirror is the world’s first interactive home gym, which projects live, personalised workouts – from cardio, stretching and strength-training to yoga, Pilates, barre and boxing – whenever and wherever you want. The gadget comprises an LCD panel, stereo speakers, a camera (with a lens cap for privacy) and microphone. You’ll get real-time instructions during a workout, and even personal shout-outs. It streams more than 50 new classes a week from its production studio in New York, and these are added to its library to be beamed out on demand. Mirror is the brainchild of Brynn Putnam, ballet dancer and founder of Refine Method fitness studios.
