Be aware of mobile roaming charges

I lost my access card for the car park in my building, now my landlord wants Dh300 for a new one – I argued that this is a rip-off. Shouldn’t the cost of the card be included in my rent? A tenancy contract signed between parties must state the terms of agreement, including car parking, common areas and access cards. If the tenancy contract states that car park card charges have to be borne by the tenant then tenant is liable for such charges.
