Fire breaks out in store room at Dubai cattle farm
A fire broke out in a farm in Al Faqa, Dubai, yesterday.
The blaze was reported at 1.40pm by a resident after heavy smoke spread across the area, Dubai Civil Defence said.
Firefighters from Al Rashidiya, Al Laseli and Al Quoz fire stations were sent and began tackling the blaze at 1.55pm.
The fire was brought under control by 3.27pm, the spokesman said.
Civil Defence said it seemed to have started in a store room containing food for cattle and no injuries were reported.
