Las Brisas at Emirates Palace kicked-off its Friday brunch last weekend with an impressive spread. Set to simulate Barcelona’s La Boqueria food market, the brunch takes in a fromagerie and boulangerie, an organic vegetable garden, and a fish-and-chip shop. Spanish tapas and Arabic mezze aside, there are a host of live-cooking stations, including a pririlla grill for Wagyu burgers and short ribs, an egg counter and a paella corner, plus a coffee counter, juice bar and patisserie set up by pastry chef Francois Leo.
