-

Cameron Bancroft smashed an unbeaten 87 off 61 balls to help Perth Scorchers to victory over Sydney Sixers in the Twenty20 Big Bash League. The Australian has just resumed playing after serving a nine-month ban for his role in the Test-match ball-tampering scandal in South Africa. Opener Bancroft hit one six and eight fours in his second consecutive half-century as the Scorchers chased down 178 with seven balls to spare. It was the 26-year-old batsman’s highest score since returning from his ban.
