Taste Miche­lin-starred fare at Bord Eau pop-up

French chef Nico­las Is­nard, who runs the Miche­lin-starred Au­berge de la Charme in Prenois, will cre­ate a six­course menu for Bord Eau at Shangri-La, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, from to­mor­row to Fri­day. The meal starts at 7pm each evening, costs Dh348, and in­cludes Is­nard’s sig­na­ture dishes: scal­lops tartare with cau­li­flower, Granny Smith ap­ple and Neu­vic caviar, pho-style foie gras, a mod­ern onion soup and lob­ster tagine with saf­fron (pic­tured).
