Chef Gior­gio Lo­catelli will be at his res­tau­rant Ronda

Lo­catelli with a three­course ve­gan menu made up of in­gre­di­ents sourced from his Si­cil­ian farm. The menu in­cludes starters such as baby spinach salad with pome­gran­ate dressing, baked aubergine cake with ve­gan Parme­san cheese for mains and a ve­gan choco­late sphere with co­conut ice cream for dessert.
