ALL ABOUT TRUFFLE
The Italian eatery Trattoria Toscana will be celebrating truffle season with a limitededition menu. Chef de cuisine Giorgia Minnone has curated four dishes, each featuring a four-gram shaving of black truffle. These include: tomino cheese with wild mushroom and walnuts; pizza with pumpkin sauce, smoked mozzarella and truffle bresaola; homemade tagliolini with Parmesan fondue and egg yolk sauce; and Wagyu beef cheek with truffle mashed potatoes and baby carrot.
