The Ital­ian eatery Trat­to­ria Toscana will be cel­e­brat­ing truf­fle sea­son with a lim­it­ededi­tion menu. Chef de cui­sine Gior­gia Min­none has cu­rated four dishes, each fea­tur­ing a four-gram shav­ing of black truf­fle. Th­ese in­clude: tomino cheese with wild mush­room and wal­nuts; pizza with pump­kin sauce, smoked moz­zarella and truf­fle bre­saola; homemade tagli­olini with Parme­san fon­due and egg yolk sauce; and Wagyu beef cheek with truf­fle mashed pota­toes and baby car­rot.
