▶ 99 Sushi introduces new dishes
Abu Dhabi restaurant 99 Sushi has added 10 dishes to its Japanese haute cuisine menu. Sink your teeth into lava rock grilled scallops with umeboshi sauce, Obsiblue carpaccio made with Caledonian blue prawns, kizami wasabi, lime and smoked olive oil. Catering to popular demand, the restaurant also has new rice dishes such as Yakimesi cooked with seasonal vegetables and topped with egg yolk macerated in soy sauce. Among mains, the seared salmon with yuzu and shiso guacamole (pictured) comes highly recommended. Finally, two new flavours of ice cream mochi – green tea and mango with basil – round off the new menu.
