Couture is a stylish and modern lounge and one of our signature drinks is the Royal Fizz. It’s actually a variation of the Classic French 75 cocktail that is made up of lemon, sugar, a hint of rosé and Italian bubbly to top it off.

The most popular mocktail at Couture has to be the Wild Berry. As you may have guessed, it’s a blend of fresh berries, a hint of vanilla and a splash of grenadine.

Away from Couture, I’d say my favourite bar in Abu Dhabi is The Westin’s The Retreat, because it’s very accessible to me – nice location, décor and ambience.

The best bar I’ve been to in another country is probably the Aqua Shard in London, but I still have lots of travelling to do.

The question I get asked the most by customers is, “What do you recommend?”

I once served Kit Harington from Game Of

Thrones (he plays Jon Snow). He’s a really down to earth guy and always used to say, “Nothing is better than a cold drink.”

Before I started my career as a bartender, I was working as an IT technician, but soon realised that my creative flair was wasted and put to much better use serving drinks.
