01. Toro tartare with caviar at 99 Sushi

The high-end Japanese outlet is serving Toro tartare sushi with 30 grams of royal white sturgeon caviar. The dish uses a piece of tuna called Otoro from an 180kg fish. Otoro is the fattiest part of the fish and melts in your mouth.

02. Coya’s Josper lobster

It’s best known for its tacos, ceviches and seafood, but there’s a Josper whole grilled lobster on the menu at pan-Latino restaurant Coya, for those of you with deep pockets. They’re no ordinary crustacean­s, though: these are cooked in Coya’s charcoal oven to give it a smoky flavour. The dish is topped with lobster chimichurr­i salsa and served on charcoal grills.

03. Hakkasan’s Peking duck

04. Chocolate pudding at Bord Eau

A classic Abu Dhabi dessert, this chocolate sphere is made from blended chocolate from Valrhona, one of the leading French premium chocolate manufactur­ers. Come here if you’re looking for a pudding with a bang – the chef pours a hot chocolate sauce on top to melt the sphere right in front of you.
