Eat your way around town with these new menus
Hoi An
This family-run restaurant at the Shangri-La has been serving up authentic Vietnamese cuisine for years and recently, new recipes have been added to the menu. We’d recommend the pan-seared crab cake starter accompanied by sriracha aioli, followed by spicy deep-fried whole sea bass with mango salad. There’s also plenty for pescatarians including coconut prawns, baked oysters or Canadian lobster with lemongrass. Roberto’s
This high-end Italian on Al Maryah has introduced an alternative to brunch with longer hours, so diners can now eat anytime from 9am to 4pm. The new a la carte menu includes eggs benedict, eggs royale, French tiramisu toast and more. There is also a brand new children’s brunch menu. You can even leave the children to be entertained in a separate area.

Inspired by sous chef Christian Buenrostro’s time in both Mexico and Singapore, Eclipse Terrace Lounge’s focus is on blending Asian and Latin flavours. Dishes include smoked miso wagyu brisket, seabream ceviche, soft shell crab roll, and eel and foie grois.

The Polynesian bar at Beach Rotana has a focus on healthy, nutritional fare. Dishes include prawns and Hamachi Ceviche to mango chilli beef, miso chicken and steak.

Tori No Su
New dishes here have been formed around a more traditional Japanese method of cooking. Dishes include seared tuna with honey ginger sauce, black cod, tempura style soft shell with dashi ginger sauce and kakigori dessert made from green tea powder.
