Chef Marco Gattone pays homage to his hometown in Italy with exciting new additions such as pallotte cacio e ove, chicche di ricotta in a rich seafood sauce, plus a wide variety of homemade pastas such as tagliatelle, ravioli with porcini mushrooms or eggplant. The new mains feature sea bream cooked in foil with seasonal vegetables and Angus grade beef fillet served in a three different peppercorn sauce.
