What does Apa Aesthetic specialise in? Our team is trained in periodontology, implantology, cosmetic dentistry and everything in between. The clinic houses its own laboratory as well to ensure quality control and the highest level of dentistry.

What sort of clients do you treat in Dubai?

My patients are all different, but they have one thing in common, they all want a nicer smile. Some are locals, some expats and some travel from Asia, the GCC or Europe.

What is the facial aesthetic design concept used at the clinic?

It’s something I use to individualise the smile to enhance overall facial beauty. Everyone’s face has certain growth patterns, structural shape and asymmetries that have to be accounted for when building the smile. The trick is to use all of those parameters and harmonise the smile. What is the most common problem you see in patients? More and more I’m seeing patients who aren’t happy with their dentistry – I call it revision work. The patient has already been traumatised, the teeth have been worked on so it’s always harder to fix. The patients are harder to please as well because to some degree they’ve lost faith in the process.

You have a host of celebrity clients including the Olsen twins, Catherine Zeta Jones and Uma Thurman. Whose smile would you like to work on?

Maybe George Clooney. He had his done recently and it seems that he isn’t talking properly and is fumbling over his teeth. I’d love the chance to fix them.
