EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT

Saliva glands are being teased with the promise of spicy jerk chicken at a new modern Jamaican restaurant in Dubai. Ting Irie (which means ‘everything’s alright’ in Jamaican patois) will open within the Manzil Downtown hotel on Emaar Boulevard in November. In charge will be JamaicanChinese chef Craig Wong who heads Patois restaurant in Toronto. He pledged, “No one in the world’s doing what we’re doing.”
