What’s the key to happiness? It’s a question hotly debated by scholars, artists, poets and therapists the world over. But it doesn’t have to be so complicated, explains Fiona Barron, CEO of The Happiness Hub and organiser of the region’s first Happiness Festival, taking place on February 17.

“At The Happiness Festival you’ll learn how to overcome the barriers keeping you from living life to its fullest,” she says.

Taking place at the Dubai Polo And Equestrian Club, visitors are welcome to join workshops, coaching sessions and seminars run by industry professionals about how to improve your relationships, be happier at work, or try something new like yoga, art and creative writing.

“We’ve created a fun, outdoor, innovative event that’s focused on building a community of like-minded people, who have the common goal of being their best self as an individual, in relationships and at work.
