Reform Athletica promises unique classes and environmentally friendly products

There’s a new place to work up a sweat in Dubai that takes its inspiration from London and New York’s fitness scenes.

Reform Athletics is situated on Jumeirah Beach Road and classes place an emphasis on the personal touch – the maximum number of athletes in one fitness class is capped at ten to 12, which the owners claim enables their trainers to give a personal training experience for each member of the group.

Classes on offer focus on boosting strength, cardio, flexibility and endurance and they run several signature sessions, including the Reform Method, a low-impact Pilates session, plus TRX Athletica, a high-intensive class that uses a TRX suspension trainer for a full-body workout.

Reform is also doing its bit for the planet – it uses biodegradable sweat bags and sells food and drink from local brands such as Nai, Spill The Bean and Koldpress.
