There’s a new Asian gastropub coming to Deira

Described as a “trendy Asian fusion gastropub”, Han Shi Fu will open its doors in the coming weeks at Aloft City Centre Deira. It’s brought to you by the people behind Asian outlet Din Tai Fung in Mall of the Emirates.

Split into multiple dining areas, the space will offer a, “unique mood and atmosphere”, say the owners and as well as restaurant dining, there will be a casual bar where visitors can perch up for a pre- or post-dinner drink.

The licensed venue will also place a big focus on its bar, with film-inspired cocktails taking centrestage, alongside a lightbites bar menu of soy butter popcorn and ramen burgers. For a livelier vibe, expect a DJ to take up deck duty several nights a week, too.
