Bartending these days is not only about making drinks. It’s about creating an experience for our guests every night.

The Espresso Martini is the most overrated cocktail. Traditionally it was a drink to have at the beginning of your night to perk you up – now people drink them all night.

I’d say the classic Daiquiri is the most underrated cocktail. Often simplicity is the hardest thing to perfect.

I would love to serve Leonardo DiCaprio –I have always been blown away by all the different characters he has played. I would like to create a bespoke cocktail menu inspired by one of his roles.

Besides Mina, you can find me at Siddharta Lounge by Buddha Bar. It makes me feel like I’m on holiday.

I am constantly on the hunt for new and exciting flavours that inspire me. The best way to do that is by exploring the local bars. Living in such a dynamic city as Dubai, there’s always a new kid on the block.
