Director M Night Shymalan had us shook when he revealed Kevin Crumb (James McAvoy), the sadist with 23 personalities, lives in the same universe as Unbreakable’s indestructible David Dunn (Bruce Willis) and fragile villain Mr Glass (Samuel L Jackson). And in Glass, they are reunited in a psychiatric hospital. McAvoy and Jackson are absolutely electric – but this is Willis’ comeback. He’s on fire throughout, proving action is his A game.
