A new diamond on The Palm?

Celebrated chef Alain Ducasse launches his first restaurant in Dubai

-

Emerald Palace Kempinski has been very busy. Not only did the resort just open on the Palm, but it’s also managed to successfully launch several new restaurants, including Asian dining spot Matagi, Venetian restaurant All’onda, elegant Le Jardin, and hip rooftop lounge Villamore. It’s also now home to internationally acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse’s first Dubai restaurant, Mix Dubai. Ducasse is famed for being one of the world’s most decorated chefs – his global restaurant portfolio includes a staggering 21 Michelin stars. Menu highlights include the marinated raw blue shrimps, pan-seared duck foie gras, and seascallops with white truffles. Talk about indulgent. Emerald Palace Kempinski, Palm Jumeirah, Sun to Thur 5pm to 1am, Fri and Sat 5pm to 2am, from Tel: (04) 2488860. facebook.com/mixdubai
