What do I love about being a bartender? I enjoy interacting with guests and creating cocktails. It’s great seeing guests’ reactions to cocktails I have created.

Which celebrity would you love most to serve in your bar? Paul Rudd – the actor from Anchorman, Clueless and Ant Man. I love him, man.

The atmosphere at Mr Miyagi’s is absolutely mental. It’s a crazy but very fun place to be with loads going on. It allows people the opportunity to really let loose and have a really fun time.

The Cosmopolitan is the most overrated cocktail in the world. It’s only famous because it was the drink of choice on Sex and the City.

The most underrated drink out there? I’d say the Mai Tai. It’s a great cocktail, but I think it’s got lost in translation because of the tiki movement.

In my free time I love watching Spurs play. I also enjoy playing golf and listening to music.

My favourite area of Dubai? I would have to say Al Quoz. You meet a lot of different people that you wouldn’t meet anywhere else. We do many of pop-up events there and I enjoy creating drinks and themes around the art galleries we’re hosting in.
